Not every tooth can be saved — sometimes extraction is the only sensible option, for example with an extensive root fracture or advanced gum disease. Our goal is for such a procedure to go as smoothly, painlessly, and stress-free as possible.
Beyond standard extractions, we also handle more complex cases — surgical removal of an impacted tooth (most often wisdom teeth), root tip resection for chronic inflammation, or frenectomy with a laser.
Every surgical procedure is preceded by careful diagnostics based on a pantomogram — so we know exactly what we're dealing with before the procedure even begins.

Surgical tooth removal
A more complex procedure requiring a gum incision, used for hard-to-access or fractured teeth.
Impacted tooth removal (wisdom teeth)
Removing a wisdom tooth that hasn't erupted properly or is causing pain, inflammation, or crowding of neighbouring teeth.
Root tip resection
A procedure that removes chronic inflammation at a root tip when standard root canal treatment hasn't worked — saves the tooth instead of extracting it.
Frenectomy (laser)
Correcting a lip or tongue frenulum that's too short, done with a laser — less invasive and with shorter healing than the classic method.
